What should I do if the order I received is wrong?
Soirette cares deeply about its customers and will do the best we can to make it right. Please email us with details about your order at firstname.lastname@example.org and if it is clear that we have made a mistake then we will do everything that we can to correct the order.
What should I do if the order I received is damaged?
We do the best we can to package our products as securely and safely as possible. Should the product not arrive in perfect condition due to the shipping process, it is unfortunately out of our control. Please see our Shipping & Deliveries Policy for more details.
Will you ship outside of Canada?
At this time, we do not ship internationally.
